By far the best and most useful function on QWERT5™ is the Job Application Tracker.
The QWERT5™ Job Application Tracker allows you to store up to 99 Job Applications for up to a year.
For each application, you can store the job title, location, web address where the job was posted, employer organization name and website, recruiter's name, telephone number, email address, compensation you have asked and a 4,000 character comment.
In addition, you can select up to 30 pre-defined next actions like "Provide Visa details", "Second follow up with recruiter" and store a date on which you plan to take that action.
Each day, you will receive a single email message from QWERT5™ with a list of all applications which have a next action that is either due the next day or is past due.
In addition, the email will list all your Keep-In-Mind entries as a reminder for you to take action.
Whenever there is any development on that specific application, e.g. the recruiter calls you to schedule a telephonic interview, you can use the comment field to make a short dated note about the development. You can also change the date for next action and the next action itself.
There is no limit on the number of times you can change the information in an application and the application itself remains available to you until you choose to delete it.
And you can sequence the order in which the application entries are presented to you - perhaps choosing to see the most active applications at the top.
